I am Camille Dorsemans, a private chef based in Provence, passionate and deeply in love with local flavors.
My journey is unconventional: after working in design, I became a cheesemonger and then opened my own restaurant in Strasbourg.
Today, I work as a private chef in Provence, allowing me to be closer to my clients and offer them a unique culinary experience—one that brings people together, comforts, and creates lasting memories.
I create locally inspired menus with authentic Mediterranean flavors. I work with fresh, seasonal products sourced from producers across Provence.
A special cheese touch: book a cheese platter and tasting experience. As a former cheesemonger, I would be delighted to share my passion and the stories behind French cheeses with you.
