By booking a service or using this site, you unreservedly accept these General Terms and Conditions of Use and Service.

1. Services Offered

Camille Dorsemans provides private chef and catering services, including meal preparation, delivery, personalized menus, custom culinary experiences, as well as cooking classes and workshops according to the packages available on the website or via a personalized quote.

2. Bookings

Bookings and service requests can be made through the contact form, by email, or by phone.
Camille Dorsemans undertakes to respond promptly with a detailed and personalized proposal including a quote.
A written confirmation (by email or message) and a deposit are required to validate any request.

3. Prices and Payments

Prices are expressed in euros, all taxes included.
Payment methods (bank transfer, cash, or other specified means) are indicated at the time of booking.
An invoice is provided upon request or automatically after the service.

In case of cancellation by the client:

• 30 days before the scheduled date → full refund of the deposit.

• Between 29 and 15 days → 50% of the deposit retained.

• Less than 14 days → deposit non-refundable.

4. Client Obligations

The client agrees to provide a clean and functional workspace, as well as the necessary equipment if agreed upon in advance.
Any allergies or dietary restrictions must be communicated before the service.

5. Liability

Camille Dorsemans commits to providing high-quality service and complying with hygiene and food safety standards.
She cannot be held responsible for indirect or unforeseen damages related to the service.
The provider guarantees the quality of ingredients and compliance with agreed deadlines.
However, she cannot be held liable for unforeseen circumstances beyond her control (e.g. power outages, lack of equipment at the client’s premises).

6. Intellectual Property

All texts, recipes, images, and content on the site are the exclusive property of Camille Dorsemans.
Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

7. Personal Data

Information collected during a booking or contact is used solely for processing the request.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal action.
Failing that, the competent court will be that of the chef’s or the professional client’s place of residence, in accordance with applicable legislation.
